Workshop registrations and changes
Thank you all for registering for so many workshops. This has helped us to make some changes which you can see in the schedule. This means that we will not have to do formal registration for workshops as room sizes are now matched with the number of attendees.
One change we have made is in order to let as many people as possible attend the District Council on Saturday from 11am to 1pm. To make this possible, both workshops on Saturday morning will start at 12:00 midday (instead of 11:00 and 12:00).
New Workshop by Uta Bunde!
Unfortunately Kees Broos cannot make it to the conference.
However Uta Bunde has stepped in to fill the gap. Her workshop is called “Let’s get emotional!“. In it she uses Improv-theatre techniques to expand your comfort zone in showing emotions.

Change in plan for serving lunch on Saturday
Just a note to say that on Saturday, lunch will now be served in TWO places:
- The catering tent next to the Golyavar main building
- The Aula restaurant (in a building near the Golyavar).
The Aula is where we will also have our Friday night social event (see below).
Friday evening social event news
The Friday evening social event will take place from 8:30pm in the Aula restaurant (in a building near the Golyavar where we will have lunch on Saturday).
There will be Hungarian Goulash, Hungarian dancing, Hungarian wine & cheese and two live Hungarian guitarists playing the blues!
The cost will be 4000 HUF per person. Tickets go on sale on Friday and are limited in number, so get yours soon!
Gala Dinner Info
Full information on the Gala Dinner is now available on our website FAQ page. It includes information on the menu, schedule and transport options.
By the way, there are two Hilton Hotels in Budapest, the Westend Hilton and the Castle District Hilton. The Gala Dinner is in the Castle District Hilton, which is right beside the Matthias Church, one of Budapest’s most famous tourist destinations. See our Gala Dinner FAQ for full details:
