Our Toastmasters Fall District Conference will be held on 15th-17th November 2013 at the Gólyavár in Budapest, Hungary. Our theme is “Laugh and Learn“, as on the program we will have Humorous Speech and Table Topics contests, as well as high quality workshops from the best speakers of Europe. There will be 450-500 people attending from all over Europe.

What is Toastmasters International?

Who is District 59?
District 59 (our district) is one of the 89 Toastmasters Districts worldwide. District 59 has over 7000 members who belong to clubs located in Continental Europe. About 10 % of the more than 270 clubs in District 59 are sponsored by corporations or educational institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Ericson, Exxon-Mobil, BP, PWC, Caterpillar, Staples, Sabic, Dacia and USG: organizations committed to fostering good communication and leadership skills among their employees and executives.
