Where is the food/coffee and is it included in my conference fee?
Where can I get coffee, tea or water at any time during conference hours?
There is a conference catering tent next to the Golyavar main building welcoming participants during conference hours with complimentary coffee, tea and water. The cost is included in the price of your conference ticket.
Where can I get lunch on Friday 16th?
As the conference officially starts at 16:00 on Friday, lunch is not provided as part of your ticket. However you can get lunch at any number of restaurants in the area near the Golyavar, or at the Aula Cafe or XO Bistro restaurant on the ELTE campus.
Where can I get lunch on Saturday 16th?
Lunch will be provided on Saturday for all conference attendees between 13.00 – 14.00 in the Golyavar catering tent and is included in the price of your conference ticket.
