Thank you for volunteering to be a presenter at our workshop! We would like to let you know about some information related to being a presenter at the conference:

• Please have a look at your profile and workshop descriptions on this site and let us know if there’s anything you’d like to change or modify.
• Please inform us if you require sound for your presentation, and also if you plan to have breakout groups amongst the participants during the presentation. Please note that in some rooms the seats and desks are fixed and cannot be moved.
• A hand mic and either a microport or a headset will be available in each room, as well a projector.
• We would also like to ask you to bring your own laptop to the conference to ensure technical compatibility and functionality. Your laptop will need to have either a VGA female port, or you will need to bring an adapter with a VGA female port end so you can connect your laptop to the projector’s VGA port.
• Wifi will most likely be available only in Room 1 (Red) and 2 (White) so please make sure your video/presentation is also saved on your laptop.
• Handout – if you plan to have handouts for your presentation and have not already done so, please send them to us as soon as possible.
• Room assignment will be done before the conference, but may change up to the day before your workshop. A survey has been made to map the best room arrangement.
• Product vending – if you have products related to your business that you would like to sell to the attendees, we will provide a place for you to do so one hour before and after the workshop.
• Every workshop will have both a facilitator and room manager from our staff, who will introduce the speaker, keep track of the time and help out if needed on the spot. The facilitator will be in touch with you soon – prior to the conference.
• In case you wish to share a presentation, please send it to the Education Team so that it can be uploaded on the website.
• Participants will be asked to fill out a feedback form after the workshops, the results of which will be communicated to you after the conference.
