How to reserve a City Taxi to be waiting for you at Budapest Airport:
If you want to order your taxi in advance of your flight, please send an email to order@citytaxi.hu, or taxirendeles@citytaxi.hu with the following information:
- Your full name
- Departure city
- Flight number
- Terminal you will arrive in (can only be one of Liszt Ferenc 2A or 2B)
- Scheduled arrival time in Budapest
- Your mobile phone number
- What do you want to see on the board held by the taxi driver (see below)?
City Taxi Board
City taxi will monitor your flight’s arrival time. 10 minutes after the actual arrival time the driver will be at the terminal confirmed in the order. They will wait holding the board with the name till 30 minutes after the arrival. After 30 minutes they will call you on the phone number you indicated.
How to pay for your City Taxi
You can pay in all City Taxis with cash or credit card, and always according to the taxi meter.

- City Centre to Airport – approximately 6500 – 7000 Ft (23 Euro)
